25 years ago I went from my parents dairy farm to our own dry stock block in Waihi, thinking the world was my oyster.
I trained as a Soil Consultant with Brookside Laboratories and discovered the electrical matrix in the soil. As a result, I patented a natural soil conditioner that activates the earth’s electrical matrix. I also created several soil amendments and animal health products.
And through trial and many errors this is what I figured out:
There are three key components to unlocking the full potential of the soil that work together synergistically.
The first is the chemistry of the soil. Because the soil holds way more nutrient than shows up in a standard available nutrient soil test, we do a secondary soil test which indicates the total nutrient in the soil. We then assess what amendments are required to activate those nutrients.
The second is the biology of the soil. Here we add in specific fungi in an active inoculum - a preparation of beneficial fungi, ready to colonise the soil or plant roots, helping to improve soil health, nutrient cycling, and plant growth.
The third is the physics of the soil. Here we look to increase the electrical energy in the soil to enhance the chemistry and the biology.
